Refund policy

We aim to make our return and withdrawal conditions as transparent as possible.

Printed Books

Our printed books are produced using a print-on-demand process after an order has been placed and are shipped directly to the customer.

Deen Drops generally does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for correctly delivered books due to dissatisfaction, ordering errors, or a change of mind.

If you are entitled to a mandatory statutory right of withdrawal under the law applicable to you, this right remains unaffected.

Where the statutory withdrawal period is 14 days, it generally begins upon receipt of the goods, provided that the applicable legal requirements are met.

Exercising a Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you have a statutory right of withdrawal and wish to exercise it, please send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw within the applicable period by email to:

info@deendrops.com

Please include your order number where possible.

Returns

Please do not return any products without contacting us first.

Please contact us by email before sending anything back. We will inform you of the next steps and, where a return is required, provide you with the appropriate return address.

Deen Drops may, on a case-by-case basis, waive the requirement to physically return the product. If we do so, we will expressly inform you.

Where a return is required following a withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

In the event of a valid statutory withdrawal, we will refund all payments that we are legally required to refund in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold a refund for goods until we have received the returned goods or until appropriate proof of return has been provided. This does not apply where we have expressly waived the requirement to return the goods.

E-Books and Digital Content

E-books and other digital content are provided electronically following successful completion of an order.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, this right may expire for digital content supplied immediately if the customer has expressly consented to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledged that this may result in the loss of their statutory right of withdrawal.

Statutory rights relating to defective or improperly supplied digital products remain unaffected.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at:

info@deendrops.com

Where possible, please provide your order number and include suitable photographs of any visible damage or production defects.

Please do not return the product without contacting us first. We will review your claim and inform you of the next steps.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may include a replacement, price reduction or refund.

Mandatory statutory warranty and consumer rights remain unaffected.
