These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all orders placed through the DeenDrops online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as:

an order confirmation is sent by email; or
the order is produced or shipped.

DeenDrops reserves the right to reject or cancel orders without stating reasons.

3. Eligibility to Order

Orders may only be placed by persons who are of legal age and legally capable of entering into contracts.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and complete.

4. Products

DeenDrops sells printed books, digital books (e-books), and other related products.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color, appearance, paper texture, or print results do not constitute defects.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time.

5. Print-on-Demand Production

Printed books are produced individually using a print-on-demand (POD) process specifically for each order.

Production begins only after an order has been received.

As no inventory is held and each copy is produced individually, special return and refund conditions apply as described in Section 10 of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency specified in the online store.

Shipping costs are shown separately and displayed before completion of the order.

The price applicable at the time of the order shall prevail.

Price changes may be made at any time.

7. Payment Methods

The following payment methods may be offered:

Credit Card
Debit Card
Other payment methods displayed at checkout

Payment processing is carried out through external payment service providers.

DeenDrops does not store complete credit card details.

8. Shipping and Delivery

DeenDrops ships to the countries available in the online store.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are non-binding.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

production workload,
shipping carriers,
customs clearance,
natural events,
strikes,
governmental measures,
or other events beyond our control.

Such delays do not give rise to any claims for damages.

9. Customs Duties and Import Charges

For international deliveries, additional charges may apply, including:

import VAT,
customs duties,
processing fees,
and other governmental charges.

These costs are imposed by the destination country and must be paid by the buyer.

DeenDrops has no control over such charges and accepts no responsibility for them.

10. Returns and Refunds

Books offered by DeenDrops are individually produced using a print-on-demand process specifically for each order.

As products are manufactured on demand, there is generally no right to return, exchange, or receive a refund due to personal preference, ordering mistakes, or a change of mind.

For digital products, including e-books:

Once digital content has been provided or downloaded, no right of return or refund exists to the extent permitted by law.

This exclusion does not apply to products that:

arrive damaged,
contain manufacturing defects,
or were delivered incorrectly.

In such cases, complaints must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the product by email to:

Photographs or other evidence may be requested for assessment.

After review, DeenDrops may provide:

a replacement product,
a partial refund,
a full refund,
or another reasonable solution.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of DeenDrops until full payment has been received.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

books,
e-books,
texts,
illustrations,
graphics,
logos,
designs,
and product descriptions.

Without prior written consent, such content may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, or otherwise used.

13. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

using the website unlawfully,
introducing malware or harmful software,
bypassing security measures,
conducting automated data collection,
copying content without authorization,
or interfering with the operation of the website.

In the event of violations, access to the website may be restricted or terminated at any time.

DeenDrops assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or services of third-party websites.

Use of external websites is at your own risk.

DeenDrops shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:

natural disasters,
pandemics,
war,
strikes,
power outages,
transportation disruptions,
governmental actions.

18. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the original provision.

19. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

DeenDrops reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The version published at the time the order is placed shall apply.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be:
